Lesley is in third-year Biology, and in her second year on MFAS. As hospitality chair she is responsible for organizing all the fun that you guys will be having this year at MIXER! In her spare time she enjoys sampling new restaurants and practicing taking blood pressure.
HOSPITALITY COMMITTEE - Tika
Hi, Welcome to Montreal! First off, you’ve made a great choice to join us at MIXER this year, and if you have any questions about the city, campus or scheduled events don’t hesitate to ask. I’ve been in charge of getting food on the table, so if there are any special requests or allergies that have been missed please inform me asap. I’m from a small island called Galiano just off the west coast of Vancouver, if you know where I’m talking about come introduce yourself. This is my second year with MFAS and my first experience with MIXER. We’ve done our part, so now it’s your turn to make MIXER awesome!
HOSPITALITY COMMITTEE MEMBER - Naomi
Naomi is in charge of billeting and hotel arrangements. Contact her at naomi.robert@mail.mcgill.ca for special billeting requests. When not snagging cheap hotel deals, Naomi enjoys balloon puppetry and bobsledding.
COMPETITION CHAIR - Graham
Graham in is his first year of a Master’s degree at McGill. He served as training coordinator for two years and was an active member of MFAS for three years. While working as training coordinator, he instituted annual in-house competitions for MFAS. If you have special requests or concerns about the competition, email mfas.mixer@gmail - attn: Graham. In his spare time he practices tai chi.
COMPETITION COMMITTEE MEMBER - Hannah
This is Hannah’s second year on MFAS, after being voted Rookie of the Year in 2008-2009. She is in her second year of a BSc in Biochemistry. Hannah is very excited for MIXER! In her spare time she likes to knit, and work part-time at Ben and Jerry’s.
COMPETITION COMMITTEE MEMBER - Allison
Allison is in third-year Anatomy & Cell Biology. She has been working hard preparing for MIXER and is looking forward to the competition! In her spare time she enjoys French cooking and landscape painting.
SEMINARS CHAIR - Mandy
Mandy is a third-year Anatomy and Cell Biology student at McGill. This will be her third year as an active member on the McGill First Aid Team as a first responder. Mandy also participates in intramural ice hockey and likes to paint in her spare time. She is looking forward to MIXER 2009 and meeting all of you!
FINANCE CHAIR - Josh
This is Josh’s second year on the team and second year at McGill. He is in the Bcom program. He is responsible for making sure we don’t go into debt. (So don’t forget to mail your registration cheques!) In his spare time, Josh enjoys frequenting local Montreal banks, and juggling.
MEDIA CHAIR - Bilal
Bilal is from Calgary, and is current pursuing a BSc in Physiology. He has contacts in the media. Hobbies include perusing tabloids and working as an undercover paparazzi photographer.
WEBMASTER - Rosie

LOGISTICS COORDINATOR - Isaac
Isaac is in fourth-year Physiology. He is overseeing all logistical matters for MIXER. He is very excited to meet you all! As hobbies Isaac enjoys wearing university t-shirts and going to Hong Kong.
