After spending your day at conference, in competition, or cruising around Montreal, we have two options for you to choose from when deciding where you would like to crash.


Billeting
MFAS members are hosting delegates in their homes for the two nights of the conference. If you would like an opportunity to get to know some members of MFAS, and don’t mind crashing on a futon or possibly a sofa, please indicate that you would like to be billeted on your registration. If you have special requests (i.e. same sex billeting or being placed in the same house as another team member) please let me know via e-mail: naomi.robert@mail.mcgill.ca. I will do my best to honour all requests.


Hotel
We have rooms set aside at a special rate for delegate members who wish to stay on an actual bed.  The Quality Hotel is in the heart of downtown and a 7.5 min walk from the McGill campus. (Time varies with pace and length of legs.) Two double beds. $99/night (before tax). Please call the hotel and mention that you are attending the McGill Mixer Conference. There are other hotels very close to the McGill campus if teams are interested, but Quality Hotel is the only one we have a deal with.
