There are two ways to become a member:

1. Print off the PDF version of the membership application and send it to us as indicated in the instructions on the form
2. E-mail the ACERT Vice President Communications to request a membership application be faxed or mailed to you.

In all cases, your membership fee must accompany your application in order for processing to proceed.
